I submitted a claim with Royal Funerals on the 16th of January 2026 and handed in all the required documents on time, yet we still have not been paid. The funeral is this coming weekend we don't know what to do which is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that every time I call, the receptionist gives the same response: “I haven’t heard from the head office.” How is that even an explanation? Why should I suffer delays because of poor communication within your company? This was a funeral claim not a luxury or a favour and such matters are urgent and sensitive. The lack of urgency, accountability, and clear communication is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I am hurt, angry, and honestly shocked at how this has been handled.😡😡
