I submitted a claim with Royal Funerals on the 16th of January 2026 and handed in all the required documents on time, yet we still have not been paid. The funeral is this coming weekend we don't know what to do which is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that every time I call, the receptionist gives the same response: “I haven’t heard from the head office.” How is that even an explanation? Why should I suffer delays because of poor communication within your company? This was a funeral claim not a luxury or a favour and such matters are urgent and sensitive. The lack of urgency, accountability, and clear communication is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I am hurt, angry, and honestly shocked at how this has been handled.😡😡
25th of May they debited twice on my account since then the giving me a run around they don't want to refund my money..
On 31th I made an order online. But there was something wrong with their system money was debited on my account they sent a massage that they will refund in 4 to 5 working days. Been waiting for my refund for 14 days now when I call them they keep on saying they are processing it
They sent an sms with a link that I need to use to renew my voucher I did pay after they debit R380 on my account for what I don't know. Worst thing you can't get hold of them on the phone they make you wait for hours...
Bought a kelvinator 20kg washing machine the time I bought it I didn't have electricity so the machine is only used for a month,but didn't drain water called the store and head office and logged an complain but didn't get straight answer the manager gave me an attitude.
I'm so frustrated with this my Fibre has been without network for a week whats annoying me the most they don't forget to debit our money but we don't get help when you call their support number they will be telling you that you number 50
Worst service ever I've been without internet for days will I've paid for I called them but got no help instead they are telling me about 3 to 6 days how will I work since im working from home...vumatel and mweb they just not reliable
Worst service ever we purchased a slimeline hobb with oven 2020 November while testing the stove that it's working the oven busted and alter glass shattered called defy they only fix the stove not the oven glass i evn asked them how much will it cost if they fix it still no reply
