lacking service

I ordered a parcel from the UK on the 26th July.

You received the mail order on the 27th July.

The item would then leave the UK the 30th July.

Your system hasn't updated, i have even emailed your offices and received a response 2 days later that said they would investigate, it has now been 4 days since that email.

it is now the 14th august, i was told this parcel would take between 10 and 14 days to arrive at me.

It is now 18 days since you received the order and i still don't have the package and have no update on my parcel since the 30th.

I know this is a pandemic but this is just a **** excuse for terrible service.
