Made a booking and had to cancel 4 weeks before, the refund I got was disgusting and still waiting for an answer from a email and telephone call that I enquired. I can understand that they take a 10 to 15% cut for cancelation but what you refunded me was not acceptable I'm still waiting for an answer and I will hound you until I get a answer and payment refund back. Bad service for a 5 star hotel.
