Horrible service get promised a return from Merrick Abel but just lies when you invest, you ask questions can't even answer them. They are a big **** and full of lies
What a disgrace if you have a issue email our support will help, took money of my account 3 times and then had a check to take of more saying I had a subscription never signed up for one. They don't even get back to you. ***** your money and don't even reply back, what disgusting service.
Don't trust them they can't even get you your money onto your lubo account and even send to your bank account for South Africa they are a scammer don't fall for there promises. They don't deliver
Don't trust they make you believe you will get paid in 8 days can't even send it to a luno account as they advertise withdrawal anywhere. Keep on paying to get your money and they make promises but no delivery.
Made a booking and had to cancel 4 weeks before, the refund I got was disgusting and still waiting for an answer from a email and telephone call that I enquired. I can understand that they take a 10 to 15% cut for cancelation but what you refunded me was not acceptable I'm still waiting for an answer and I will hound you until I get a answer and payment refund back. Bad service for a 5 star hotel.
WOW they are just as rubish as Telkom are, if only I knew this before. All they do is steal your money for service they can't even give. If only You and Telkom actual know what service is then you would actually give proper service to people. What a waste of time. Will never suggest Telkom to anybody, Just steal money from people that is all the company actually does. Then they have this company called Blue Tech Retail to do there accounts what a laugh, Must have in experienced people working for your company that can't sort out a person's account really. What a joke.
I recently moved to Telkom Mobile as from the 1st May 2018. What a big mistake, they can't even port a number which takes 10 days to do say and they blame everybody else besides themselves, then I have my number for a day and a half and my number that was ported has gone unavailable. It has been 5 days and I still don't have my number, but they don't care if someone tries to get hold of me urgently. NO I'M NOT CHANGING M NUMBER, I HAVE HAD THIS NUMBER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. The service is disgustingly shocking and I must pay for this. People don't know what service is anymore really horrible. The worst is they phone me yesterday 14 May 2018, the problem has been fixed and resolved, you phone my number and it still says not available.
