I'm sharing this review with frustration and disappointment of why is that I got charged on my card when I made bookings with them. On the 22nd October I checked in and on my arrival I had used my husband's card to pay as on my account it was still pending and was informed that it will not be an issue to pay on the day i check-in and that won't have any impact on my actual account . However on the 24th November a transaction debited and leaving my account on my account, it then became a duplicate now and I called in at the hotel and a lady at finance told me that the issue isn't with them its with bookings and I asked how so because the description shows "Royal Marang Hotel" not bookings. Im beyond angry because now I paid then twice and I even changed my card but still it debited. I require my money back as I have already reported the matter with the bank. Yall must stop ripping people off and blame bookings.
