A lesson in customer service.
It's always a surprise to find a place that knows how to treat a customer! I had an issue with one of the massage packages - and after chatting with the owner I realised that I booked the wrong package. But Sherril didn't make me feel I was in the wrong. Bravo. Even though I was at fault, I walked away feeling on top of the world. Will be back and will recommend. Excellent.

I had an issue with one of the massage packages - and after chatting with the owner I realised that I booked the wrong package. But Sherril didn't make me feel I was in the wrong. Bravo. Even though I was at fault, I walked away feeling on top of the world. Will be back and will recommend. Excellent.

Best Stylist Thank You Sugnet
I would like to recommend Sugnet, the hair stylist at the premises of the Royal Orchard Thai Spa. She really is a brilliant and excellent stylist. I drive 70km just so that my wife can get her hair done by Sugnet.

Terrible result - Bad attitude
I went to Royal Orchid Thai Spa & Salon in Randburg for hair straightening in December. I Was charged R3,950 for my whole hair however Sugnet - the hair stylist - did only half of my hair. When I asked her that my hair was curly at the bottom she said I should pay another R950! After 3 weeks I noticed lots of short hair on my head. I brought it up with Sugnet and she was not interested in attending to my problem. Another hair dresser said that it was chemical cut. My hair falls out a lot. She accused me of having done something to my hair myself that had resulted in chemical cut. Her attitude was very bad and was not apologetic at all. Very disappointed.
