Very bad service .. misplaced our USB without an apology . Bad quality prints . Will not recommend to anyone . Very unprofessional & unfriendly.
We paid them for a pool pump which they never delivered . When enquiring about it the owner Peter states we have to pay him first claiming we owe him money. We spent over R40 000 with him refurbishing our pool , installed a new pump which was defective & to date he hasn’t returned the pump. We had to contact another pool company to sort this out. Please do not pay up front as he takes your money and doesn’t deliver. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered chairs .. delivered after 2 failed attempts. Paid for set up that was not done. Been trying to contact them for the last week .. no response . Very unprofessional & frustrating. Will bot recommend their service.
We booked at Mangwanani Pivot at Monte for our anniversary. Treatments were pathetic so disappointed . It was a total rip off . Until now no one has called me to apologise as promised . It’s more like a fish market. The******s need much more training especially with massages. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book treatments there.
We ordered flowers twice & received such bad service . First time it wasnt delivered but they messaged as received. Second time they didn’t have stock but didn’t bother to inform us until We followed up with them. Very very disappointed.
14 December, 2020 Harrassed at store as security buzzer triggers I was at Clicks Cresta Mall on 12/12.2020. Decided not to take the item as the que was too long . As I was rushing out to Meet my husband for lunch as we were celebrating my birthday, the security buzzer goes of. The female security whose name was Joy Mhlongo stopped me , asked me to empty my bag and wanted a receipt for a make up that was in my bag which I had purchased at Clicks Malibongwe weeks ago. She then took my clicks card & the make up to verify this. The treatment I received was that of a criminal , as if I had stolen the product from the store as the buzzer didn’t go off when I entered but only when I left .this was very humiliating and embarrassing for me. I called my husband who was very upset by their treatment towards me. The more I tried to explain to them that I don’t have the receipt as it wasn’t bought recently , the more they told me I should’ve gone straight to the security as I entered the shop. How was I to know that this products tag hadn’t been removed at from the clicks store which I bought it from? They were not sympathetic at all. The manager Asanda Buthelezi couldn’t have the decency to apologise . This is very upsetting & unprofessional. The security staff and manager need to have special training as clearly they are not trained well to deal with situations like this. They could’ve handled the situation better. They then told me they confirm it was bought at clicks malibongwe. This upset my entire day. I’m very disappointed with clicks. I hope no one should experience what I went through.
Added a review on Hello Peter due to bad service regarding a query about my recent account & upgrade , received a reply privately. I responded privately and that was it , I never received a follow up response from them.problem unsolved . Even more frustrated now.
Querying my account, can’t get through to a consultant . All options are automated. Emailed them ( Irene Mthombeni) still waiting for a reply. Received 1 phone call and the query was closed without even chatting or resolving the matter. Bad service.
Recently upgraded my phone , waiting for delivery it’s over 2 weeks now. I’ve called them over 10 times since then. They keep sending me from pillar to post . Absolutely unacceptable service. Gentleman’s name was Tembele at retentions. Messaged him with no joy . Pathetic service from Vodacom. Very disappointed. Don’t know how to proceed further with this.
