Dog breeder ****.
I made a deposit for a puppy I really wanted to buy for my children but unfortunately could no longer take because we do not have a suitable living space for a dog. The contract clearly stipulating that under unforseen circumstances or out of one's control the refund could be returned. I have been begging this business to return my money which I really need back for over a year. Tons of messages ignored, countless calls ignored, empty promises to return the refund. Still nothing. I believe this business is a **** and they have ****** my money.

ROYAL PEKINGESE KENNELS A TOTAL SHAM
These guys are total scammers. Weeks of trying to get puppies we paid a R5000 deposit for. Their communication is shocking or non-existent, don't answer phones, don't reply to texts. One of 'our' puppies developed a condition that needed an operation and he asked us to pay 50% of the vet's bill. Eventually canceled the purchase and let them know we would no longer take the puppies and never heard a word from them again. Asked for a refund once they find new homes for them but also had zero reply. We learnt an expensive lesson - don't buy anything you cannot go and see in person. Apparently puppy scamming is big business and these guys are heartless. They apparently breed pekingese and Frenchies and possibly other breeds as well.

Not as Royal the name indicates!!!
I purchased a dog from this breeder and dealt with a person by the name of Willie. I received the puppy on 23 July 2022. The puppy came with his ears so badly eaten up and sore. The one ear most of the hair had fallen off and it was raw and looked excruciating. The other ear was also sore and some of the hair was off. There was a big patch of hair on his belly that had fallen off and his belly looked sore and inflamed. I took the puppy to the vet the same day that I received him and the vet advised me of the following:- - The ears and belly were eaten by mites - The puppy is not a miniature and was around 4 and half to 5 months old. She said she established this based on the size of the testes and his teeth. My attempt to contact Willie that same day was unsuccessful. When he eventually replied to my messages he told me that the puppy was well when he sent him and his ears were eaten by mites whilst being transported by the Pets Taxi (this was in less than 24 hours) The puppy was not vet checked prior to arriving as indicated by Willie. It was heart wrenching to see this little puppy in so much pain and not being treated. I believe that if one really loves dogs then one should not leave a dog in that condition untreated. The ears where so badly eaten and was evident that it did not happen in less than 24 hours as indicated by Willie. I believe that the puppy should of been treated by a Vet prior to being sent to me. I was duped in believing that the puppy is a miniature and paid the price for a miniature. Do not believe everything you see on social media. My advice would be to video call the breeder, see the puppy and make sure you get a healthy puppy and exactly what you want. Contrary to the puppy not being what I expected he stole my heart from the moment I held him. I have photographs and texts to reveal the calibre of people I have dealt with from the breeder to the Pets Taxi (who I was referred to by the breeder) and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare.

Be careful dealing with this Kennel
This is a warning to all potential buyers from this kennel. I booked a puppy and payed the deposit of R3000. Unfortunately the puppy died before I could take delivery of the puppy. It is now months of unsuccessfully struggling to get my deposit back. I have been given promises, but the payment never happens.
