This review is about RoyalKings School in Florida Roodepoort somehow l am not finding here. I would like to express my appreciation to the Mr Teboho in Admin, and finance team and the uniform office. They were incredible with admission of my kids. They have great customer service and go over and beyond to promote your experience . They have patience, respect and kind. I am hoping for a great time of learning and growing for my kids at this school.

I’m not happy with the reception we got at Royal school leopard rest, it seems no body cares. We run away from public schools due to ill treatment but we come to private were we pay but we still getting bad treatment and inefficient service. I came to register my daughter on open day this past Saturday, the line was very long and only one person was allocated for admin, we did our application online while we were on the queue but due to my wife having an appointment with a doctor we had to leave as they line was taking long. We came back today they say the space for grade 8 and on Saturday they said they still have space and we were last people, there is no way it filled up. Today we are told it is full and when you try to understand the lady who deals with this is not sure , she saying we must wait for Thursday or Friday for feedback as they are full , we must wait for learners who are coming if they not gonna come? I think this people are keeping spaces for their people as some came and got in even though they brought applications today while we submitted before. They want people to queue in the sun like I don’t know and after you get a bad service, they no embracing technology, people apply online they not prioritised, we call they don’t answer. They like seeing parents in the long queue as if we are in a public school. We come here up and down but we are told space is full but some comes later they get space. I need you to look into this. It seems there is no proper application process

Last month, I received a school fees financial statement that included an incorrect charge for stationery. Since I had already provided the required stationery to the school, I raised a query with the Debtors Team to have this charge removed. I was advised by Paulinah Shabangu and Lisa Mudzingwa to contact the school directly. However, I believe this is a financial matter that falls under the Debtors Team’s responsibility and should be resolved by liaising with the school to verify the information. Unfortunately, this has not been done, as I continue to receive an uncorrected statement. Despite providing the necessary details, including the specific Royal School and grade, the issue remains unresolved. As the Head of Collections, Lisa Mudzingwa should have recognized that this is an internal matter for her team, not the parent, to address. However, I have yet to receive any feedback on the progress of my query. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and follow-up. It raises concerns about whether communications from top-level management are being acknowledged and acted upon. I sincerely hope that this matter will now be handled by someone who is committed to effective problem-solving. Based on my past experience, I am confident that if this issue had been escalated to D. Hansungule, it would have been resolved within 24 hours. She has consistently demonstrated professionalism in handling academic queries and ensuring proper communication and feedback. I urge the Debtors Team to address this matter promptly. The current service level is unacceptable, and I expect immediate corrective action.

Princess park royal schools Arcadia pretoria-I don't think they deserve a star at all, worst experience of my life,my child came here due to relocation,he went from being the best student to being the worst, the child is in grade 2 by the way,the teachers were never patient with him,I actually feel that they failed him, because he failed, which child fails grade 2 anyway all this school cares about is our money not our kids as Long as we pay that is all they want,I think dually because it's black children mostly,I used to think white teachers were the best at teaching kids but I found that this generation of white teachers is the worst. They don't care about "black" children and it's high time we started to talk about this as a people. I think it's high time our black teachers get themselves together because wow it's ugly out here so after this traumatic experience I will be home schooling my kids. Also who expells a grade 2 child from school because he has some behavioral issues isn't it the duty of the educators to try and find out what the problem with the child is?my son is so traumatized because honestly he doesn't understand what he did wrong and also feels like he is a problem. But who cares it's a black child right anyway my advice to black parents if you want to waste your money and your child's mental well being then go ahead. I would not recommend this school to any parent who cares about their child's future.

My child was going schooling there for 4 yrs,and in 2023 which is last yr,l torch her out due to financial problems.l was owing them 2000,which it ended up being 5500 due to lawyers being involved.so we made arrangements on how to pay monthly, which l didn't have a problem with.my problem is last week they sent me a massage and called me as well, saying they have a discount for me,and l asked the amount to pay and they said 1500,that l should pay for them to close the account.and they said this offer was valid until 6 december.l did pay the money, actually l borrowed the money since l am not working but doing peace job.my problem is after the payment when l sent them proof of payment which is what they said l must do.now they are telling me a different story when l ask them to give me the proof that my account is close.they deceived me to pay the amount that l didn't have while l was ok with the arrangements

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent refund matter. Your understanding of my situation and prompt assistance were truly appreciated. I want to extend special thanks to Millicent Ngwenya from the Pretoria offices. Her efficiency and thoroughness ensured that I received my refund promptly. Additionally, I’d like to acknowledge Kelebogile Mothebo from Royal School Sky City for her valuable assistance. Both Millicent and Kelebogile exemplify five-star professionalism, and I encourage you to continue providing such outstanding support to others. Thank you once again for your dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had app**** to the school hoping they would come to my sons rescue but just learned that I donated my application funds. The response to our rejection was not justified with an explanation. No exam entry, no advise on grade entry marks.... Nothing. Yesterday I then shared my experience with other people on Facebook and the school deleted my post and blocked me. This morning I see many negative reviews and convinced that my suspicions were correct.
