Royal school alberton - uniform shop bad service

I went to royal school alberton uniform shop on the 2nd april. Service was very poor it was as if she was doing us a favour. No customer service at all, she couldn't wait for us to leave. Not impressed at all.

That company is a ****. I cancelled the contact in november and i was charged double and I paid it now they are saying I am still owing for Feb. Total ****. Stay away. There have never helped me with anything just phone calls demanding month.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY

I HAVE ASKED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO UPDATE MY CREDIT BUREAU. I PAID THEM IN FULL LAST YEAR OCTOBER AND I ASKED THEM TO UPDATED AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. UP TO NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I AM ACTUALLY SICK ON THIS COMPANY AD THEY CALLS EVERYDAY ASKING ME TO BUY WHILE I TELL THEM TO CLOSE AND UPDATE. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY

Stay away from that place!!!!!

The worst place you could ever waste your money at! You can stay without electricity for 2 weeks straight and no water for 2 weeks straight. No communication nothing. No customer service. You can never get ahold of the building manager but are so quick to chase people out and threating with fines for hanging carpets and loud music. If there is an issue nobody knows anything. Worst the security always has an attitude as if they own the building but never helpful with anything. I would suggest you never go to that place not even as your last resort. It is bad!!

Pick n pay - Rand Steam.

Went to PICK N PAY RAND STEAM to get assist with my smart card as it needed to be linked with my old lost card. At the door I meet up with Sydney who was quite helpful and willing, was told to go to customer care. I stood there for a good 30 mins a gentle man by the name of SPHIWE rudely ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT? (UFUNANI) after that he just left me there to go and assist people who came way after me. Then after that he calls me and tells me that he is busy now I should come back tomorrow???!!! Ready are you serious right now. I ask him for a manager he told me he is a manager and he is busy, I am very disappointed with this old man what is he teaching his staff? to pick and choose who to assist and who to ignore?! This man should not be a manager with such an attitude. Sydney came back to see me still standing there after so long and he was running around to find someone to assist me. Thank you so much Sydney for your Good Customer Service we need more people like you and he did find Prince who assisted. Thank you Sydney and Prince keep up the good work!

Refund My Money!!!

These people don't read to understand, just in a hurry to respond. I cancelled the funeral policy beginning of November. Why was there a debit end of November when the policy is already cancelled. I need the money that was debited on the 26th of November to be refunded back to my account. I ve sent bank statement numerous times. People are just failing dismally to assist and I need my money back.

Great Service!!

I recently submitted a claim for scratch and dents. After reading some of the reviews I was so worried with my new car. My claim was approved without any hassles and very quickly. I sent all the documents needs and I was given a list of panel beaters to choose and get quotes from. #WIN Thank you CMC for prompt assistance.
