I’m not happy with the reception we got at Royal school leopard rest, it seems no body cares. We run away from public schools due to ill treatment but we come to private were we pay but we still getting bad treatment and inefficient service. I came to register my daughter on open day this past Saturday, the line was very long and only one person was allocated for admin, we did our application online while we were on the queue but due to my wife having an appointment with a doctor we had to leave as they line was taking long. We came back today they say the space for grade 8 and on Saturday they said they still have space and we were last people, there is no way it filled up. Today we are told it is full and when you try to understand the lady who deals with this is not sure , she saying we must wait for Thursday or Friday for feedback as they are full , we must wait for learners who are coming if they not gonna come? I think this people are keeping spaces for their people as some came and got in even though they brought applications today while we submitted before. They want people to queue in the sun like I don’t know and after you get a bad service, they no embracing technology, people apply online they not prioritised, we call they don’t answer. They like seeing parents in the long queue as if we are in a public school. We come here up and down but we are told space is full but some comes later they get space. I need you to look into this. It seems there is no proper application process
No one seems to care, all the agents hang up on me when they are about to assist. I can no longer receive calls or make calls, they said I must do #33*1234#, it doesn't work also #002#. When people call me it says the number doesn't exist, when I take out simcard and reinsert it , it says sum cannot make calls I must contact my carrier for assistance. My number is 0849451202
The absa car insurance has debit my account even when they advised in December that they have cancelled it, I never used this car insurance before. I tried to call the call center but it seems no body seems to care, they absa Bank said they can't reverse it because is an internal debit order, I'm going up and down because they have access to my funds and can debit any time they want to and refuse to reverse sayin is a internal debit order. I need my money back I can't pay for the insurance I didn't subscribe to.
KFC Brankehurst is selling the most delicious and fresh meat, they reminded me of old kfc we used to know. The restaurant doesn't disappoint. Their meat is always fresh and well prepared. I salute you guys.
I'm here at Makharm store in Alberton city mall, I returned an item for R250, there say they don't have cash I must keep coming back to check, I asked them if you don't have cash float and expect client to keep coming up and down. The respond was is up to you if you want to come and go. I am deeply disappointed with such service, a big store not having a cash float for such, if you come and buy an item where do they get change? Can I get a service please urgently
I'm not happy at all with Buffalo, we bought items from Shein and Buffalo is supposed to deliver them within 3 to 4 days but they are telling me that the delivery will only be done tomorrow. I've been waiting for my refund for weeks, they said I should wait for 10 working days , it pass by. I bought items and requested a refund from a speed point. The company is using FNB speed point. The bank has been saying it as been escalated but no response. Every time is being escalated. The reference number is 243233083

the rent just increased in March and we had to pay double to add to our deposit. now there are contracting private gardens, we were informed but we were not told that it will make the rent increase before the annual increase. the rent has increased in march and now is April due to may renewal of my lease i was accidentally been informed of the increased rent due to the new construction of private gardens. in fact i was not informed i asked when I had to sign because I saw that the rent had increased. the company was not transparent to its tenants and when you enquire they seem not to care at all. where is one expected to get such an increase twice within 3 months during such economic challenges? couldn't 2 let wait for 6 months or why didn't they increase it together at once on an annual increase?
