Unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. I bought two tombstones from their Durban branch and dates of unveiling were communicated in advance and everything was signed. Closer to the unveiling date only one Tombstone arrived and we were promised that the other one will arrive and be erected before the unveiling date. They kept on postponing until the unveiling day. When I enquired they told me that they had too many deliveries and they apologised and promised to reimburse/ compensate with R1000 to assist with the inconvenience of doing another unveiling in Jan. Till this day they haven’t kept their promise they are playing hard to get and when you contact their head office the lady got angry and asked who gave me their numbers imagine such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Although they eventually delivered the second tombstone which we are not happy with some of the things but they’ve never fulfilled their promise and now we must spend more money for another small unveiling because of them and their poor customer service. I was promised that they will pay end Feb but now they are not responding and very disrespectful. People should stay away to this dishonest company with bad customer service. I’ve written numerous emails but they are intentionally ignoring me. I’m very angry because our plan was to do one unveiling in December for hence we bought two tombstone at once, but now we must spend money again
