I purchased two tombstones from Royal Tombstones on 1 October 2025, paying cash because I genuinely loved the quality of their stones. Unfortunately, the service has been absolutely shocking.
I was promised a three-week turnaround. Four weeks later, I had received no updates at all — I had to constantly call and push just to get basic information. When the stones were finally installed, there were multiple errors: incorrect grave numbers, a missing scripture, and wording that did not match what I submitted in writing.
I went back to the branch on 7 November and was assured the issue would be handled immediately. That promise was not kept. I followed up again on 12 November 25 and only then did the sales representative admit the factory was at fault. Today is 15 November 25 and nothing has been rectified.
With an unveiling in a week, this delay is unacceptable. The level of service, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. The stones are beautiful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and stressful. I genuinely do not recommend this company based on the service I received.
