On the 1st of April we booked for accommodation online via Booking.com paid 100% . I e had to cancel five minutes later after we have found out the we were in contact with a person who tested Positive for Covid. We called the venue immediately to confirm our cancellation. They confirmed that they have received it but we must contact Booking.com for refund. We called Booking.com and they called the venue, they were told to call in the morning to speak the the manager. We then called this morning and the manager by the name of Mandy, was so rude and disrespectful, she called me stupid. She told us that we won’t get our money back. We called Booking. Com again and they called them back, the manager told Booking.com that she must email her. The management is so unprofessional and rude. I wonder why Booking.com is working with such unprofessional and incompetent business like this one.
