I have always had a smooth delivery process with RS components, but this time around I’m experiencing the worst service . Ordered a filter , got an email that it was dispatched on 20/09/2022 and my account was debited . Up to today it still hasn’t been delivered . I can’t even track the status . Sent an email and they said the team dealing with shipments will contact me . Still waiting with any update .
