The sales staff in general is super nice both Kramerville and Vereeniging branch and they sell good high end products. But there’s one specific person I encountered today trying to return goods (Imtiaz) the guy was very rude for no reason . I was not even given a chance to explain why was I returning the towel rail he just shouted and pointed us the door . He was also rude to the sales lady assisting me , I would understand if they have internal issues but you don’t treat your ****orkers like that in front of customers. Firstly it was not even communicated that I cannot exchange if it’s a special order . He could have explained the procedure to us in a calm manner .
I cancelled my contract in May and was told that it will take 20 days . However Cartrack is now sending me statements that I am owing them and they have been trying to debit my account .
The consultants are really patient and quick to offer solutions . My query was resolved within minutes .
I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now and just being told that the finance department is busy with the refund . They were so quick to take money from my account for an order they knew they are not going to deliver . I have sent all the relevant documentation, when I follow up I’m told the finance department is busy . It’s not the first time I have an issue with the online service, they tend to advertise items they do not have stock on .
I ordered industrial fans online , money debited from my account but no order confirmation, the order hasn’t been confirmed , I was asked to send POP so that they could process the order but still nothing has been done . At this stage I just need my money back .
It’s the third occasion that I’m dealing with a rude driver from Mr D. Very unprofessional and they would just start shouting for no valid reason when they end up at the wrong address . The one that delivered my pizza today even hung up the phone on me before I could direct him since he was a street away . Mr D needs to invest in training these guys . Looks like there’s an incompetency issue . You can’t be threatening a person you are going to deliver to.
First time ordering from them and I’m not happy . They refunded me with their online store voucher instead of just reversing my money to my account . Also don’t be fooled by the website not everything that is marked as in stock is actually in stock you will only be told after paying that it’s in stock , also do not pay the priority fee for deliver because the order is still going to delay after paying the priority fee . The only good thing about them is that they reply to emails . Besides that everything is just a mess .
Poor service from the online support team , just dealt with a very rude lady that was not willing to listen or assist . She kept on telling me I must keep on trying to resolve the issue and give it some time whereas I’m explaining that my App has had an issue since yesterday .
I have been happy with 1st for women , until recently when I had my 1st claim since I joined. The claims processer sent an email specifying what I must take when I get to the shop which they have chosen for me , way cheaper than my lost items and what I had insured . They are even specifying colors for me ,also the items I lost had been bought directly from istore but now I’m sent to a third reseller whom I do not know if they sell genuine products . It would have been better to get a replacement voucher from a reliable store .
Bought a bed frame and pedestal . When they delivered the delivery guys did not do a risk assessment, they broke my wall mounted handle holders only for the leather gallery head office to tell me to claim from my insurance. One pedestal was also damaged so they promised to deliver a new one . Today I went to the Witbank branch to collect the pedestal only to find out that they tried fixing up the damaged pedestal . The poor workmanship on the pedestal is clearly visible .All you get when you report at the head office is no response or attitude.
