I was there this morning in regarding a fine that was made out to me which i paid to later find out that the fine was not even for me but for a different car where my car was captured in the photo. I have been told by the JMPD that i need to fill in a Refund form that they gave to me as well a form which my bank need to fill in and sent it to RTIA to have it. So i have tried to phone them before hand to find out if i can submit my documents electronically to save a drive of 1 hour to their offices but no answer. i decided i will take the drive to have it sorted out keeping in mind you need to wait 21 days for your money back. When i go there I was helped by very friendly staff at the reception desk. The receptionist handed me over to a consultant and was met with the most arrogant and rude person that does not listen to you but expect you to listen to her. an argument started as she handed me a form with out looking at my paper work i took with me stating that i need to leave and fill in the form and send it through email ( keeping in mind that i received exactly the same forms the only difference is that on the one form it states Application for refund of monies - AARTO 25 JMPD ( on JMPD Forms) and there forms is the exact same thing without the JMPD on) i stated that i am upset because now i just wasted an hour of my time for just a piece of paper and no help at all and after that i was told that i was rude from the time i walked in ( i don't know how you classify me asking how are you doing today as being rude since i walked in because that was my first words to her)!!! After all that i have requested to speak to a different person because the person helping me is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I felt that this was uncalled for and that this matter could have been handled in a discreet manner as this was clearly not my fine and that i was messed around with from the start. I clearly feel that if you work with another company you as the company need to make sure that the companies you are working with have the correct forms as requested by the company to hand out to clients to avoid problems like this!!! Thanks to the reception ladies for all your help if it wasn't for you guys i would have rated this review 1 star as i can't rate a 0 star.
