Horrible service!!! I will never buy or recommend someone to buy a Hyundai!!! I bought an hyundai i20 about more than 3 years ago from a Hyundai dealership got the car and the car had a gearbox and clutch problem after 6 months of fighting it got replaced a year later again a noise started took it in for it to be looked at and to my surprise again it was an issue with the clutch. Booked the vehicle in and all just to find out the first Hyundai branch where i bought my vehicle send my car away and no original parts was even used to repair it. I spend additional amount to get the clutch replaced not even a year later again a noise appeared and i took the vehicle back they say they replaced the release bearing my car was with them for a week not even 2 days later the same noise appear after 4 months of back and forth i took my vehicle back as the service advisor advise that the next step is to have the gearbox removed and then inspected i left my vehicle there for a week with no loan car i ended up taking additional financial expenses on to have my vehicle sorted out got my vehicle back they stated the gearbox fork needed to be lubricated not even 2 days later the same noise appeared i ended up going to customer care wher Elizabeth Maloka was appointed to my case i requested the inspection reports from her and untill now she has not send me the reports nor did she even acknowledge my email but instead she sents me emails stating i will be liable for the costs if aomething happend but i have told her in my email before that that i will not take responsability for Hyundai's neglegents... i ended up going to the dealership just to find out that they have never even taken out the gearbox not did they inspect it. I requested a loan car as this will be the third time that i will need to take my vehicle in, instead i get told that i need to bring my vehicle in on my own cost!!! This is not being reasonable as a company and why should i need to give out more money to get to and from work if the company failed to do what they suppose to do not just the first time but the second time too!!! I have all call recordings, voice recordings and emails and videos of the noise and still i am being treated as the issue!!! The dishonesty of this company is hearbreaking!!! Lying and thinking that she can get away with it without checking the facts of the case and report it honnestly!!! Elizabeth Maloka needs to realise that she represent the company and to behave like she does in this situation by not taking my calls not answering my emails nothing but when a ***orker sents and email she response immidiately just gives a company a bad view and that just shows you that Hyundai cant be trusted!!! Worse part of it all i consulted two Hyundai experts and both stated to me that this model i20 came out with an manufacturing defect that once you have a clutch issue you will have it permenantly and again no one at Hyundai when i bought the vehicle when i sent it in for repairs cared to mention this defect at all!!! Just shows you another ly. HYUNDAI CANT BE TRUSTED SO IF YOU HAVE A HYUNDAI MAKE SURE THAT YOU DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BACAUSE THEY WILL DRAIN YOU FINANCIALLY WITH EVER LAST BIT YOU HAVE!!!

Dishonest and disguisting customer service from the personal loan side as well as the complaints department. I have an agreement with Nedbank that they debited my account on the 28th of each month as this is my salary date. The first time last year they debited my account a day before but when they sent me an sms to remind me the day was as per my salary date. Nedbank decided to deduct it a day before resulting in me to pay bank charges because i had no money i went through the whole thing waited more than a month to just get a refund on my bank charges and stated afterwards that my salary date is the 28th of each month no matter what it will always be the 28th as per my contact papers. So February comes receives an sms from Nedbank stating that my debit will go off on the 28th i accepted it and carried on the 27th comes and Nedbank again decided they are going to debit my account. I phoned and got an excuse of that its because " the system saw i got paid previous month on the 27th and it changed it to the 27th" worse part of it all is that how many months before that i got paid on the 28th!!! Not the 27th!!! I logged a complaint again got the reference number and contacted Scelo that assisted me the first time... The service i received is horrible i need to keep on following up on emails i send in time frames of 5 days to more than a week and just no answer from this person!!! They sent me an sms stating it will be sorted out in the next 21 days we are at 20 days now and no communication no sms no phone call no email nothing was even attempted to sort out this issue and get my money refunded back to me!!! Basically *****ing money and just ignoring you as the client. I will never recommend Nedbank Personal loans to anyone!!!
DIGUISTING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE NOT WILLING TO EVEN ASSIST THE CLIENT AT ALL!!! NO COMMUNICATION AND ZERO EFFORT ON THEIR PART AND THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FAULTS FROM THEIR SIDE!!! I have ordered products in the begining of February 2025 i have received all orders exept one order that got cancel. I got these thimgs for my Fiance to make life easier and that it was stuff that he could use and enjoy but then when he started testing the products the one product didnt work at all it just doesnt want to connect and the other product is not looking like the product advertised the worse quality and then they advertised the smart watch screen as hd defenition screen but its not the image online differs from the one on the packaging and then ontop of that the whats in the box is completely different!!!! AND NOW I AM WAITING 3 WEEKS ALREADY FOR THEM TO JUST COME COLLECT THE PRODUCTS FOR A REFUND!!! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER, ONLY EXCUSES SUCH AS WE WILL ESCELATE THE MATTER AND OH WE ARE EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WITH OUR COURRIERS!!! SURELY YOU MUST COMMUNICATE THIS WITH YOUR CLIENTS AND OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE AGAIN BASICALLY JUST PAYING FOR DEFECTIVE STUFF AND THEN THEY TAKE THEIR TIME ASIF ITS NOT THEIR FAULT AT ALL AND WHEN YOU REQUEST TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY SAY THEY CANT GET A MANAGER TO PHONE YOU NOR TRANSFER YOU TO ONE!!! SO NOW I HAVE NO REFUND AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE PAID IN FULL BUT CANT USE IT AT ALL!!!
If i could i would rate this review 0 stars! I am so dissapointed that words cant even discride how i am feeling at this moment. My fiancé ordered a valentines gift for me due to us being in a long distance relationship. So the only way for us to celebrate valentines day is to make each other feel a bit special with spoiling each other. For more than 2 years he has been a loyal customer each occation we celebrate he used Netflorist and the services was great untill now!!! First he was told after placing and paying for the order that " so many people ordered this product and they ran out of stock and due to that they can only make the delivery on the 16th of February 2024". He didnt accept it as this was not what he planned on as he wanted it to be delivered today they confirmed that it will be delivered today. To my surprise 1 pm came i let him know that nobody delivered any gift so he phoned them and got the excuse " their systems are offline and they will contact him asap when they have the delivery information" 3pm came and again i let him know that nothing arrived yet so he tried phoning them more than 5 times no answer nothing... i decided to phone ended up speaking to a gentlemen that assured me the delivery will take place today before 5pm at 4:40pm i phoned again and again another gentlemen answered the phone i was told that i need to change my address to my home address as this will be delivered before 8pm tonight and was assured 100% it will be delivered when i asked for a contact number i can used after hours to find out where my delivery was i was told to use the whatsapp number and they will respond to me after 6pm i sent an whatsapp and to no surprise again no one answered and 8pm come and nothing nothing at all!!! I have recordered all the phone calls i had with these two gentlemen now. Now i have a fiancé that feels he let me down and dissapointed me by not making me feel special in the way we normally do. I have no words of how it makes me feel for the fact that their empty promises made him feel this way especially on a day when everyone is celebrating a day to honour love ones in their lives. I will never use this company and will never recommend this company to anyone ever!!!
Worst service ever. I specifically phoned them yesterday in regards a 2 hour delay and if it is possible for me to claim that time back as the policy only stated R400 per 3-hour delay period, up to R3,000 and i was told yes i can submit a claim for this 2 hour delay and the reason why i phoned is because their policy wording is not clear on delay periods so i took the time to get the correct documents to need to submit a claim. I have submitted a claim yesterday and all of a sudden they cant proceed with my claim because my flight delay was only 2 hours and not 3 hours!!! Seriously why do i as the customer waste my time in phoning to get the relevant information. Another company that scams people, you don't even get peace of mind when you take out the cover for your flights. Time does not mean anything to them as long as you pay your insurance then they do not care at all about you as the client and the time you could have spend with loved ones. Its time that was taken from you that you will never get back. Time doesn't mean anything to anyone anymore.
I will never ever recommend anyone to vodacom!!! They quoted me ONLINE with a set price and i received an email for quote approval when it came to confirming the order with them they all of the sudden want to charge me more for the cover !!! After explaining talking to the manager and finally finding out that the insurance was charge a completely different price to what i was quoted online they said they cant sort it out but they will make a note and get someone from the correct depart to give me a call back to rectify the problem and until this day NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!! This was on the 7th of Oct 2022. Monday the 24 th October i have phoned them because my sim was not activated!!! Again i was told some one will get back to me NO ONE DID!!! Today i am still struggling with being transferred from one account to another getting my number blocked DUE TOO TOO MANY CALLS TO VODACOM!!! 3 HOURS HOLDING AND STILL NO ANSWER!!! I am taking this further as this is a consumer act violation!!!

I was there this morning in regarding a fine that was made out to me which i paid to later find out that the fine was not even for me but for a different car where my car was captured in the photo. I have been told by the JMPD that i need to fill in a Refund form that they gave to me as well a form which my bank need to fill in and sent it to RTIA to have it. So i have tried to phone them before hand to find out if i can submit my documents electronically to save a drive of 1 hour to their offices but no answer. i decided i will take the drive to have it sorted out keeping in mind you need to wait 21 days for your money back. When i go there I was helped by very friendly staff at the reception desk. The receptionist handed me over to a consultant and was met with the most arrogant and rude person that does not listen to you but expect you to listen to her. an argument started as she handed me a form with out looking at my paper work i took with me stating that i need to leave and fill in the form and send it through email ( keeping in mind that i received exactly the same forms the only difference is that on the one form it states Application for refund of monies - AARTO 25 JMPD ( on JMPD Forms) and there forms is the exact same thing without the JMPD on) i stated that i am upset because now i just wasted an hour of my time for just a piece of paper and no help at all and after that i was told that i was rude from the time i walked in ( i don't know how you classify me asking how are you doing today as being rude since i walked in because that was my first words to her)!!! After all that i have requested to speak to a different person because the person helping me is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I felt that this was uncalled for and that this matter could have been handled in a discreet manner as this was clearly not my fine and that i was messed around with from the start. I clearly feel that if you work with another company you as the company need to make sure that the companies you are working with have the correct forms as requested by the company to hand out to clients to avoid problems like this!!! Thanks to the reception ladies for all your help if it wasn't for you guys i would have rated this review 1 star as i can't rate a 0 star.
