SkyNet 10 days to deiver licence Disks - but NO licence Disks

Cant be, I waited 10 days ! Sitting at home waiting for the Couriers 24/7 .Inefficient. Cant me 🕙 of delivery. And when the SkyNet Worldwide Express @SkyNet the package contains no lisence disks. eNaTIS @TrafficRTMC eNatis DO NOT answer any enquiries so far. No problems with Post Office deliveries.
