Expectations on delivery not met as well as being ignored by Siwe.

Horrible service received on their website they say that it takes one day to produce the stamp and then it will be delivered it has now been four business days and my stamp has not yet even been dispatched, when I follow up with Siwe on email he just ignores me . What a load of bull do not use their services as they advertise how fast they are but don't meet their deadlines and ignore their customers when following up with them.
