Expectations on delivery not met as well as being ignored by Siwe.
Horrible service received on their website they say that it takes one day to produce the stamp and then it will be delivered it has now been four business days and my stamp has not yet even been dispatched, when I follow up with Siwe on email he just ignores me . What a load of bull do not use their services as they advertise how fast they are but don't meet their deadlines and ignore their customers when following up with them.

Excellent Service
Their service is just outstanding. I ordered a custom stamp at 8:56 am on Tuesday. They sent a PDF proof for approval at 9:37 am. At exactly 9:30 am on Wednesday, my stamp was delivered. They managed to process, manufacture and courier my order from DBN to JHB in a day.

Service excellence still exist in South Africa
I have never experienced service of this excellence ever! I ordered 5x custom made rubber stamps from Shaun Van Heerden. His replies on my emails were almost immediate. I am a very detailed oriented person and Shaun had the expertise dealing with my personality. I ordered and paid the stamps on Friday 21/04/2023 at around 11:00. The stamps arrive the Monday morning 24/04/2023 around 09:00 at its delivery address. Now, keep in mind, the stamps were ordered in Durban and the delivery address was in Pretoria. The stamps were acquired, produced and delivered between the above times. This sort of excellence is unheard off. Well done to Shaun and the team. Excellence still exist in South Africa! PS - It was not as if I was in a rush to get it, this service is standard!

Quick responsive and perfect service.
Wonderful quick and responsive service. Website is user friendly and easy to use. By specific name, Tanya van Heerden, gave myself exceptional service and very prompt replies. Custom order was placed at around 9am Final confirmation and waybill confirmation was sent through at 11:30am. Due for delivery within the next few days. Will definitely support them again.

So here is my review: I was cautious to order my custom stamps online, but RubberStampSA made the process very easy and stress-free. It took around 2 days to get my stamps and, even when one of the stamps I ordered wasn't delivered the first time around, a quick email to support and I received the remaining stamp the following day. I experienced fast, friendly and efficient service throughout the whole process. There are so many online scams these days, I find it daunting to make purchases over the internet; however, I can confirm that RubberStampSA is a legitimate business; would highly recommend. Thank you RubberStampSA - keep up the good work.
