I paid for over night delivery and it's been 3 Business days now and still no parcel delivery. My parcel has been "In transit, JHB Outbound to Expressway Ladysmith" for 5 days now.
Their service is just outstanding. I ordered a custom stamp at 8:56 am on Tuesday. They sent a PDF proof for approval at 9:37 am. At exactly 9:30 am on Wednesday, my stamp was delivered. They managed to process, manufacture and courier my order from DBN to JHB in a day.
I'm shocked. I actually received excellent service from a Telkom customer care agent. Ntombi Zanele was polite, quick, and she knew exactly how to fix an issue I've had with my phone number for years now. Unlike all the other agents I've called over the years explaining this same issue to, she wasn't quick to tell me to turn off my data or to just reboot my phone. Instead, she looked at my account and quickly figured out what the issue was. She took the time to explain what was causing the issue and then gave me step by step instructions on how to fix it. Thank you sisi. Hopefully there are more like you around working at Telkom.
Terrible service from the word go. We ordered fibre weeks ago and it finally got installed on Tuesday but was not activated. On Friday 24 December, after numerous phone calls (where holding for 20-30min is standard) They still haven't activated. We had to call Octotel directly, only to be told that the infrastructure isn't ready and they will only be able to activate in January next year. Do NOT use these guys...
I decided to play some eezi win games on the website. I Played 2 games mostly. Diski Action & Spin4cash with about R100. I thought the games would be rigged, but not so badly. Diski Action is rigged to miss shots. Even when you choose the lowest force...it misses. So you can never win more than R6. Spin4Cash is worse. A game with 13 possible outcomes...and it only ever lands on 3 if them, 2 of which are a loss. And the only other 1 being a R3 win, which comes up after about 10 spins. This is a huge scam and should be reported.
