Pathetic service regarding payment allocation
I made payment to MTN using their mobile app (MyMTN) due to my debit order bouncing as I haven't moved all my debit orders. Consequently their App sent me a proof of receipt for the payment and was subsequently reflecting on my bank account for the manual credit card payment. I contacted customer care to allocate the payment to my account, attached the receipt from the app and subsequently informed that the payment isn't reflecting and that the payment is thus still outstanding. I am fed up in dealing with *********** staff that cannot be bothered to investigate further.

Superstar service.
Flying from Lanseria airport and can't get a lift or uber service too expensive? These guys give 5 star service every single time. They were perfectly on time. Checked the flights for earlier than scheduled arrivals and throughout the process perfect and punctual communication. Had no issue handing over my car keys to their representatives and getting on my flight. Car was given park superbly clean perfectly on time. The representative meets with you at drop and go parking at Lanseria. And you can just send them a message on your return flight. These guys are super professional and its the most convenient service if you're looking for an easy way to get your car parked and washed at the same time. Felt like a super special VIP with my car already waiting when I got through the terminal. Would definitely recommend and definitely use their services again...

Quick responsive and perfect service.
Wonderful quick and responsive service. Website is user friendly and easy to use. By specific name, Tanya van Heerden, gave myself exceptional service and very prompt replies. Custom order was placed at around 9am Final confirmation and waybill confirmation was sent through at 11:30am. Due for delivery within the next few days. Will definitely support them again.
