Experienced Insurance *****sters!!

Rubicon Krugersdorp West, with Chris and Nick are a bunch of insurance *****sters! They are ******!

We took our Renault Kwid there for repairs. They quoted us R43k to replace two doors. After they had received the R43K from OutSurance they held out car ransom and claimed another R4.7K. They received R47k+ and then only released our car.

Upon inspecting our car we realised that they did not replace the two doors, but rather repaired them with body putty and put them back on the car.

When we confronted them about this they insisted they had replaced the doors even though they could NOT show us the old doors.

We will be getting reports from other repairers within the SAMBRA community and we will be sharing all our findings with OutSurance.
