I am currently holding for customer serivce (30 minutes and counting) - the recorded message is telling me I am customer 4 then 3 then 2 and then 1 and then it loops telling me I am customer 4 again... I have now given up after trying to get hold of any response via phone, email, facebook messaging or twitter! <br> <br> On Monday Rubybox debited my account for a second time after the montlhy allowed debit was already taken on the 2nd of June. I would like my monies refunded immediately! <br> <br> Secondly in May I received no Rubybox delivered to my and after countless phonecalls and emails I finally received delivery of the May box on the 4th of June. <br> <br> Currently today on the 17th fo June I still have not received my June box. <br> <br> What is going on over there at Rubybox!
