I cancelled my Rubybox subscription in April 2015, and today, 2 July they have taken money off my account. I don't have a debit order and the bank says Rubybox need to reverse the amount deducted from their side. When trying to call them, their phone number says its not available and the emails are not going through. So now, to get a refund out of a company that seems to have vanished into thin air and is still taking money?
