Rugged SA the biggest load of rugged ****

They Sell phones that dont live up to the standards, they cut out or they overheat, and they reboot for no reason. They dont respond to messages or queries.

I have bought 2 phones from them and both started with problems since day one, and when I called in to ask whats wrong, I was told that I need to send in the phone at my cost and sit without a device for a week, a whole week and my cost!!!! its still under warranty, they are supposed to collect it and have it repaired or exchanged.

They have really bad after sales service and care in SA, please people stay away from them, I hope you all can learn from my mistakes, oh and when they say a phone is IP69 certified, its not they are talking a load of ****.
