Worst ever company to deal with. I regret being your client for 8 years and after I make a claim I am told yoi don't cover the damages to the house die to neglect, well I repair what I can without claiming and now that I want to claim becuase of damp coming through the floors of my house it gest refused. You are the worst ever 8 years of never skipping 1 payment amd 1 claim in that 8 years, and now this, you are the worst of the worst, I want to cancel my insurance with you !!!!! It's disgusting that jow damp coming through the flo9r is seen and my negligence!!!?? How can that be, do you expect me to dig up the whole house and repair everything at my cost, when it's what I pay insurance for, then there's the cracks in the plaster, that's not neglect of the house, I maintain my property and repair what I needed to. I will advise everyone to stay away from Ooba and their under writers, you're a bu ch of *******, get me an agent so I can cancel wit immediate effect.
You guys have now double debited me 3 months in a row by R500.00 every time, that is R1500.00 you have taken in 3 months, I have it on recording that your own manager said there was no followup done from you side Vodacom!!!!! i keep on getting an sms saying that the matter is resolved and its not. Now that is incompetence and negligence from your side, I want my contract cancelled with you and my monies paid bac****!
I bought the Jesy J9S from you, the phone is freezing or overheats and worst of all its not IP69 rated like you brag on your ad or website, even the box says IP68, I bought the phone specifically for the IP 69 rating and I really feel like I have been given a raw deal, you blocked me on your Facebook and I cannot comment anymore. I see that's how you guys work
They Sell phones that dont live up to the standards, they cut out or they overheat, and they reboot for no reason. They dont respond to messages or queries. I have bought 2 phones from them and both started with problems since day one, and when I called in to ask whats wrong, I was told that I need to send in the phone at my cost and sit without a device for a week, a whole week and my cost!!!! its still under warranty, they are supposed to collect it and have it repaired or exchanged. They have really bad after sales service and care in SA, please people stay away from them, I hope you all can learn from my mistakes, oh and when they say a phone is IP69 certified, its not they are talking a load of ****.
I joined you guys in December (Late) and it was to my dismay, I have been sitting with endless issues with you lot, from bad signal (supposed to be LTE, but I get 3 med download and 1 meg upload is I am lucky. You dont have an after hours support and actually you have ****all support because you guys dont stay open till after 4 Pm. Now I have sent many emails asking for assistance, and thats using your guys service in one week, and still I have not had feedback on my emails in December. I then go on your website today to log a query and guess what, your agent fobs me off to your technical dept, I have been on the phone for 8 Minutes!! Your agent told me that I had great LTE coverage and I dont!!! I have flipping 3G coverage!!! not LTE. I want to cancel and your cancellations people are just as useless as your company. Cancell my contract with immedeate effect, since you dont reply to my emails I have sent within the 1st week of using you, I wont be liable for any costs, I am blocling and cancelling your debit orders. Wow Ok so ADT/Tek Alarms place and keypad really close to my door (i am sure you can see that the thing will get damaged sooner or later) I call them in December 2017 to please come and move the keypad away or replace the item (I was not informed about any charges) now I get billed R1000.00 for the replacement of one little keypad. R1000.00!!!! I would have done all of that my self, I just didnt want to damage anything more or maybe compromise your system. I am appalled and really disappointed ADT and TEK alarms your sales reps are selling a service that you cannot back up. I should have listened to my CPF and not use you guys at all.
Good Morning 7 months ago we moved to our new house, upon arrival at the new house I notices drops n calls and signal as well as very slow internet speed (I mean really slow 3G slow) I mean MTN, Cell C, 8TA even has lte by us and yet Vodacom doesn't I called Vodacom 4 months ago requesting a test site to be done, and they only sent a person to come and do a site survey 1 month later and even he (Linda) said that the signal was very very bad ), now I was promised feedback the following week and that never came (yes as usual in this country I had to call and write a complaint on your FB wall to get a response that sounds the same as all the other ones.) after so many promises of feedback and resolution I am fed up Now 3 moths later and guess what, no feedback, no resolution and also no intention of assisting me, so I want to cancel my 2 contracts with you, as your ads lie (best 4G and LTE networks) and also my rights as a consumer are not being met at all) I also want my 2 contracts cancelled with no payment extra from my side , as the CPS clearly will be on my side regarding this matter. You have not given me the appropriate service as you promised and you have not met my expectations as a client either, you have been giving me the same response over and over and the same calls over and over, saying youre waiting for a network manager to assist. I expect you to get back to me so that we can make plans for the cancellations of the 2 contracts.
I have now taken you to the Fias Ombudsman and I urge everyone else to do so as well. I go to your office and you have little inexperienced kids tell me that I am wrong regarding my incident, how he hell can kids come and give me attitude at your office!!! pathetic and I don't see Affinity lasting longer. your telesales staff are great, but your product is the worst!!! I see green stars on hello peter, but that is for your telesales guys, nothing regarding your products, I want my wife and kids removed from your services, and till today I had no feedback from you. Ill advise everyone to stay away from you.
I was shot in my hand while my firearm was cleaned by myself(it happens,even to myself that has been working with them for years) now affinity says they won't cover it due to willfully neglect, how the **** do I wilfully neglect and say" today will be a good day to shoot my finger off) No wonder you're losing so many clients!!!! I am disappointed in you Affinity's, same as when my wife had to lie n an ambulance stretcher for more than 3 hours before I had to pay out R30k so she can be admitted
