Horrid Customer Service, Terrible Food!

We went to Rumours on Sat night. Paying R50 each at the door you would expect to be treated with a bit of respect. After going to sit at a table for dinner, waiters passing by pretending we are not there. Finally went looking for one, ordered a pizza and when it got to the table, asked for serviettes and they never arrived. After seeing the pizza is cheddar I tried finding my waiter to cancel the 2nd pizza order but she was nowhere to be found. I cancelled 3 times with another waiter after she purposely ignored me I asked her to stop treating me like shit and listen to what I am saying. (Our first waiter would answer with a loud and rude \huh"and walk away and ignore us when she would not understand what we are saying) after the pizza was brought I specifically said no I have cancelled this.
