Refuse to answer emails!

Phoned to cancel my policy's as my broker no longer recommends them, was told to cancel in writing. Sent them a email to request cancellation - No reply Sent them a second email, attached with a cancellation letter which my new insurer issued to me to forward to them, together with my ID and Drivers license as instructed by the new insurer. Still no reply.

They simply do not respond to emails to confirm the cancellation.
