False advertising vehicles as “Partial Service History, but up to date” on their website. Only after we app**** for finance we were informed that the vehicle’s services is in actual fact not up to date and received a R30000 invoice for the repairs it needs. Can still deal with that by cancelling the purchase and looking for something else, but now they are refusing to refund the holding deposit. Excuses after excuses, do not respond to emails. Phoning daily only to get the run around. onlinesalesteam@webuycars.co.za - useless customercare@webuycars.co.za - useless Be careful paying them anything in advance! Huge inconvenience to have to now report this company to MIOSA or Small Claims Court, just to retrieve what is owed to me. Pathetic to say the least.
Phoned to cancel my policy's as my broker no longer recommends them, was told to cancel in writing. Sent them a email to request cancellation - No reply Sent them a second email, attached with a cancellation letter which my new insurer issued to me to forward to them, together with my ID and Drivers license as instructed by the new insurer. Still no reply. They simply do not respond to emails to confirm the cancellation. Ordered a Card Machine via Takealot, received a faulty unit according to Ikhokha support. Takealot exchanged it for me hassle free. I contacted Ikhokha to have the new machine linked to our profile. All they asked was if the old machine has been returned, now they just simply not replying my emails anymore? Cant trust them to link a machine to my profile, certainly wont trust them to process my payments. Luckily we purchased it from Takealot, who will gladly refund me.
Ordered stock online, made payment via PayFast. They then told me that PayFast is giving problems and that it will automatically reverse. Two weeks later, still no reversal. Ernest ( who I assume is the owner ) has been promising to do the refund but still nothing. Claims he's very busy everyday. Now also just ignoring my messages. Use to receive such good service from this company, now just pathetic! Will never support them again!
