Book in the guesthouse but stay behind the parking area in a room

We had a booking at Rusplek on 9 to 12 August and was totally disappointed and shocked with the state of the room that we were given. It was definitely not on one of the pictures, was old, bedding was horrible, there was masking tape in the bathroom around the skirting, the shower hardly worked, the state of the plugs were shocking and this room was behind a wall in the parking area. We in fact booked in the guesthouse. And was given a room that should be given to workers - not guests. And we were not greeted friendly upon arrival at all. This stay was unpleasant and something we are trying to forget. A total waste of money. Booking was done via booking.com which should be aware of this.
