Bought items on the 16th, until today no delivery has been made. And I needed those items before Xmas. I'm a regular customer. But this time I'm extremely disappointed with them. Don't wish to come back.

I bought a bed from Russells Promenade on 30 June. The manager (never gave his name) told me the one I tested was firmer and the one I was ordering would be softer. That was false—the bed delivered was rock hard, and I couldn’t sleep. I returned it, and now it’s going into week 2 with no bed. I’ve either called or messaged daily, and all I get is “it’s a process.” Chandre made the sale, and Cisco kept promising updates—but I received none. Only after more than a week was I told the return “wasn’t even raised.” In the meantime, I’m sleeping on my 66-year-old mother’s hard, single bed (ironically the same one they once recommended). I’m bigger than my mother, so the bed is extremely uncomfortable, and I’ve had to move her around just to have a place to sleep. Everyone in the house is being inconvenienced because of this. There’s been no apology, no urgency, and no accountability. I’m made to feel like I have buyer’s remorse, when I’ve actually been more than patient. They were quick to make the sale—but once they had the sale, the after-service disappeared completely. Today, I cancelled the bed. I still need one and now have to buy it elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable service.

RUSSELS PROMENADE BRANCH!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible service rendered by you and your staff. My father purchased a table and chairs and a bed from you guys on the 2nd of November. Your manager Sisco told my father that if the table and chairs arrived unassembled, we should have the order returned back to which we did, we waited almost a whole 2 weeks for the correct order to arrive and low and behold, when the table and chairs arrived, one of the chairs were broken AND YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE wanted my mother to take the table and chairs as is. It's been a whole month now and we have not received the refund yet. YOUR MANAGER Sisco is giving my father the runaround, reassuring him that the refund was made as urgent. It's been a MONTH, where is the urgency? Are you taking advantage of older people? Do you want me to come to the shop and cause a scene? Is that when you'll take my father serious? Should I go to the Ombudsman and have your entire branch investigated? How many people are you doing this to? My father was once again told on Monday that his money will be in his account today. Where is the money? Do you want him to beg for his own money? This is absolutely ridiculous. Not only is the service pathetic but the staff is so non chalant, they couldn't care less. I hope your regional manager sees this and takes proper action because this is unacceptable!

Made an order on the 3rd for a wardrobe and headboard and was advised delivery will take 3 to 4 days. However I am still waiting on my order. I had to call and was advised it will be delivered and i should've received an sms but nothing came through. Waiting a week receive my order paid cash is absolutely disappointing. I just need to request my refund at this point.

I got a restonic bed from Russells on 3rd December. The bed was making noise as if I'm the second user. My whole body was sore the next day. on top of that have back problem. On the 5th December I went to report, but they didn't seem interested. One of the consultants said I should give it time. I'm not sure time for what. Please assist on how to resolve the issue.
