The worst restaurant in Bela-Bela. Worst service. The manager at Rusty Grille is a ******. He has no experience in customer service, he undermines his customers not knowing who's who. We felt belittled and humiliated by him raising his voice on us without hearing us first. He provoked my husband and threatened him. We felt unsafe in that restaurant. That restaurant focuses it's best service on white customers.
