I flew with Rwandair for the first time about a month ago. The flight was okay and so was the food.
The terrible part was getting my baggage. When I got to my destination, my bags and many other bags were not on the baggage belt. I filled in forms at the airport to have my bags delivered to me.
I got my bags 3 days later. When I got my bag back it had a very big dent in it. I understand minor dents, those things happen, but that dent is so bad.
Now, I am trying to get some form of reimbur*****t from RwandAir, but they are not very helpful at all. They are asking me for forms that I never received from the airport or from the people that delivered my bag. Plus, whenever I try to send them an email, the mailbox is full. This is truly frustrating!
This was my very first time flying with Rwandair and also the very first time I did not get my bags when I landed.
