I honestly don’t even want to give this company 1 star. My mom, a pensioner, purchased something from them, and it arrived broken. They promised to collect it. In the meantime, she bought another item — that one also arrived broken. They assured us collection would happen, but it’s been over 2 months, and still nothing. I’ve been following up, and even after 2 weeks of my last message, there’s been no action. The excuse? They’re apparently having “problems” with their courier, Fastway. But how is that acceptable? How can a company not get hold of their own courier? The service is pathetic, and the way this has been handled shows zero accountability. I’ve been dealing with Lebo, who keeps making empty promises.
I flew with Rwandair for the first time about a month ago. The flight was okay and so was the food. The terrible part was getting my baggage. When I got to my destination, my bags and many other bags were not on the baggage belt. I filled in forms at the airport to have my bags delivered to me. I got my bags 3 days later. When I got my bag back it had a very big dent in it. I understand minor dents, those things happen, but that dent is so bad. Now, I am trying to get some form of reimbur*****t from RwandAir, but they are not very helpful at all. They are asking me for forms that I never received from the airport or from the people that delivered my bag. Plus, whenever I try to send them an email, the mailbox is full. This is truly frustrating! This was my very first time flying with Rwandair and also the very first time I did not get my bags when I landed.
I would just like to mention how utterly disappointed I am with the communication from WesBank. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I sent one last year and still no response. For such a well-known company this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Once again I am struggling to get hold of this insurance company. You cannot communicate to them via email because they send you emails which you cannot respond to! I want to cancel my insurance with them. I sent an email to them last week. Still no reply! Can someone from Dial Direct just cancel my insurance!!!!!
Once again I am writing a review about Dial Direct. Honestly the worst car insurance I ever had. They attempt to resolve your problem but they send you an email which you cannot reply to! I really just want to cancel my insurance with Dial Direct.
This is the worst insurance company I ever had. I have been trying to contact them regarding my premium but I have not received a reply. I emailed them to tell them that I am out of the country and won't be using my car if they can discount my premium. Instead I get a quote for 100rand more and without even approving it , the debit went off today. Pathetic service.
