No response to my request for the trustees' details. I reported a second leak to Quintin after a week of no response I got a reply saying that the contractor had been out on a Sunday to assess the leak. I was at home the whole day and nobody had checked anything. When I eventually got the contractors details, he knew nothing about the leak. Us ryse managing agents at your own peril.
