Ongoing Poor Communication and Lack of Student Support

I am extremely disappointed with SAAA’s communication, particularly as this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this institution.

I have previously raised concerns regarding poor communication, and unfortunately, I am once again facing the same problem. On this occasion, I have simply requested proof of registration, yet despite follow-ups, I am still waiting to receive it.

The lack of response and delayed communication are unacceptable for a student-focused institution and have caused unnecessary frustration and delays on my side. Consistent poor communication reflects a serious lack of professionalism and support for students.

I expected far better service, especially given that these issues have been raised before, and I hope this matter is addressed urgently.
