Been experiencing the worst service from evolution ( on their Trojan service division. Bought an Elite gym 1.0 machine from Makro on the 23 February, assembled it only to discover they put the wrong cable and my machine is basically non functional, Makro directed me too call evolution, I did and it seemed everything would be sorted quickly , little to my knowledge I would still be waiting for the upper cable nearly a month later, after numerous calls, sms and even lies I still haven’t received it, the tech even said I can come pick up the cable, only for another tech to tell me they don’t have any cables they need to cut it first, from there on it was stories that didn’t make sense . so I’m guessing they have been cutting the cable for the past 4 weeks . I’m tired of their service it’s dismal so disappointed, I’ve got this huge machine I can’t even use that’s Just sitting here and I have no use for it.
