Trudzanie is a scammer of note, paid 46k for a water tanker to be delivered at a specific time, he did not answer calls or messages on day of delivery, has been giving us the run around for our refund. I would just like to warn people about Manicaa. They are scammers who don’t communicate who take your money with the promise of delivering items which they don’t have. I placed an order on the 2nd of Nov 2023 for two items. Half my order was only delivered mid December and the rest of the items were missing. I contacted them and they said it would be delivered, I’ve been waiting since , I’ve emailed and called with no help, I sent emails asking for a refund no one replies, they couldn’t be bothered. If you buy items for Manicaa be open to the possibility you will not get your items, and no one will bother communicating
Standard is turning things around. They are being helpful and providing feedback. It’s a much appreciated effort that was highly Lacking. I hope they keep this momentum. A heavy load has been lifted off of our shoulders now.
Is there a way we can do a class action suit against STL? Standard bank deceased estate department is in shambles and they don’t know what they are doing and need to be stopped so other families no longer have to suffer the misery we are going through. 6 months since my mother passed and standard bank requires 30 days to reply to an email or they don’t at all. Our Estate officer Nonhlahla Mkhwa**** is basically heartless and clueless, her senior (****a Moerat) is worse doesn’t even bother. Both constantly on leave. While my mothers estate is not moving at all. I’m warning all families who have wills with Standard bank please please advise everyone to remove standard as the executor, remove them for your families sanity.
Vodacom has been consistently giving us the run around about canceling our fibre. We have sent countless emails asking for cancellation , called, emailed and still no feedback and nothing. Now the fibre is debiting in an empty home without anyone in it. Can they just stop! This is not the only account they are doing this to me I have 2 accounts. Can we get help on what to do? Because I’m at my whits end whith them
Been experiencing the worst service from evolution ( on their Trojan service division. Bought an Elite gym 1.0 machine from Makro on the 23 February, assembled it only to discover they put the wrong cable and my machine is basically non functional, Makro directed me too call evolution, I did and it seemed everything would be sorted quickly , little to my knowledge I would still be waiting for the upper cable nearly a month later, after numerous calls, sms and even lies I still haven’t received it, the tech even said I can come pick up the cable, only for another tech to tell me they don’t have any cables they need to cut it first, from there on it was stories that didn’t make sense . so I’m guessing they have been cutting the cable for the past 4 weeks . I’m tired of their service it’s dismal so disappointed, I’ve got this huge machine I can’t even use that’s Just sitting here and I have no use for it.
