In May 2024 I ordered and paid for a starter pack. End of June I haven't received anything. If you Query they say they will do a inquiry but they never come back to you with feedback. I. Am asking them daily. Then on 19 June I requested a Refund. I form was filled. In and they said I will get my money on the 16th July 2024. It is end of August 2024 and I have not yet received my refund. They refuse to give me any phone contact details. Please be aware THESE PEOPLE ARE ****MERS.

Be very careful of ordering products, they promise delivery between 3 - 7 days from payment received, i made an immediate payment and it's almost been 2 months I still haven't received my products and they refuse to refund. Every time I ask questions there's a different story and i get told they will keep me updated which doesn't happen. I've been dealing with Sam Fitzone Division EFSA and they refuse to refund me. they claim to be in western cape e-mail saevolutionfitness@gmail.com https://saevolutionfitness.wixsite.com/ Instagram - evolutionfitnesssa (I see a lot of other reviews for the same problem and also mention Kurt and Sam, they need to be investigated)

Been experiencing the worst service from evolution ( on their Trojan service division. Bought an Elite gym 1.0 machine from Makro on the 23 February, assembled it only to discover they put the wrong cable and my machine is basically non functional, Makro directed me too call evolution, I did and it seemed everything would be sorted quickly , little to my knowledge I would still be waiting for the upper cable nearly a month later, after numerous calls, sms and even lies I still haven’t received it, the tech even said I can come pick up the cable, only for another tech to tell me they don’t have any cables they need to cut it first, from there on it was stories that didn’t make sense . so I’m guessing they have been cutting the cable for the past 4 weeks . I’m tired of their service it’s dismal so disappointed, I’ve got this huge machine I can’t even use that’s Just sitting here and I have no use for it.

My PRODUCTS were never delivered as promised but my money was taken. I requested a refund but NO ANSWER back from Kurt. I will not recommend him to ANYONE. He claims that he works from the Western Cape area.

I was promised that my goods will be delivered within 2 weeks. My payment was made on time and 2 weeks later I still not received a waybill number or my parcel. The guy ALWAYS has excuses when I mail him. Now I am battling to get my refund from him. I will not RECOMMEND him to anyone.

Please be aware of the con artists going by SA Evolution Fitness - Kurt Jones and Ambrose Jones. They are trolling Gmail and sending out flyers selling various products for weight-loss, bulking, anti-aging, anxiety, insomnia, and tanning. Once you have placed your order and payment made the stories then start that there is a delay in getting your order out and the courier service goes from a 2 day delivery time to a 10 day delivery time.
