I am sure you all got the WhatsApp message way back when after I followed and comp**** with the instructions provided as per email below from Melissa, I also forwarded a Email to Sandra Dube on the 10'th Dec with the hope I'll get an answer seeing this has been dragging on for Infiniti.. Obviously I got a automative response (As per Always) from Momentum acknowledging they have received my email and that the matter will receive attention and that I can expect a response within 2 or so days.. Clearly I have never heard from them again. (Pretty standard and normal for them) Besides the interest amount of approx R3000 (Three Thousand Rands) paid to beneficiaries from an R800 000 estate over a 10x month period while the funds were supposed to be in a Trust earning on average 6.7-6.9% interest per annum, Don't forget there were still other very schetchy/questionable deductions too on the distribution letter and foolish mistakes made, The absolute *** service and poor communication throughout the whole process and still going... scorned me for life.. Besides the fact that Momentum still owe the family almost R50 000 of which I will make sure everyone gets their fair share as stipulated in my Moms Will! I do not wish to ever ever deal with Momentum again or any other company affiliated with them like Metropolitan. I haven't updated my testament or added my additional vehicles, funds and new property with Momentum and prefer to Declare my Will & Testament with Momentum Nul and Void!!! I Highly recommend other's to follow my example!

In May 2024 I ordered and paid for a starter pack. End of June I haven't received anything. If you Query they say they will do a inquiry but they never come back to you with feedback. I. Am asking them daily. Then on 19 June I requested a Refund. I form was filled. In and they said I will get my money on the 16th July 2024. It is end of August 2024 and I have not yet received my refund. They refuse to give me any phone contact details. Please be aware THESE PEOPLE ARE ****MERS.
