I’ve already written a review before, but I feel the need to speak out again. The company promised to refund me in full since March 2025, but to this day I’ve only received R3350 — and they still owe me money. Time and time again, they’ve made promises, but nothing has come of it. Three weeks no money, after they promised weekly payments, their idea.
I feel completely discouraged. It feels like I have to beg for my own money, money that is rightfully mine. How is it fair that I, as a customer, am treated this way? This whole experience has been exhausting and incredibly disappointing.
I’m simply asking for what is owed to me.
