Paid for Services Never Rendered – Still No Refund Months Later

I paid SA Furniture Removals in March for a move that I had to cancel due to a change in plans. I informed them well in advance and was assured that my deposit would be refunded.

It’s now August, and despite numerous follow-ups, I still haven’t received any money back. The lack of communication and failure to follow through on their own promises is deeply disappointing.

This kind of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
