Poor Service and No Accountability – Avoid This Company

I would not recommend SA Furniture Removals to anyone. I contacted them in February to assist with my move. They offered me a discount if I paid immediately, which I did.

Unfortunately, my circumstances changed and I no longer needed to move. I informed them in good time, and they confirmed that I would receive a full refund by the end of March.

Since then, I’ve only received small amounts — sometimes as little as R200 per week. They promised to settle the full amount by the end of July, but now they are completely ignoring me. They’re also twisting the story, claiming that I asked for payment at the end of July — which is not true.

They haven’t even refunded half of what I paid. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with: no responsibility, no honesty, just empty promises.

I truly regret ever contacting SA Furniture Removals.
