Booked vacation,

I booked in Feb 2020 for accommodation under Safari at Waterford self catering guesthouse. When we were about to go, thus when our country went into lock down. Waterberg notified us that will rebook once we are out of lock down Or they will refund. I agreed on a refund

I have tried several times to contact them, no response. We didn't enjoy the vacation, no refund and they are mum Please help
