Sabie River Sun Bad Experience

I have Sunswop/RCI timeshare. Booked and arrived after a 5 hour drive. No reservation. Show them a booking confirmation. I’m asked is the reservation under another name. Phoned Sunswop. They will sort it out. Get a call back, it’s sorted but they give me advice, maybe I must book earlier. Booking confirmation was done 2 days before check in. No apology, no explanation.
