I want like to lodge a formal complaint regarding poor and terrible customer/broker service. On or about the 6th of February 2025, I did an online application via the Fedhealth portal. All the validations were clear but I could not submit due to an error. On the 6th of Feb, I called and emailed Khabo Pheza with a screenshot of the error as requested. Nothing. I called again and got an SMS to say that she will call me back, nothing. On 10th Feb I emailed her again for feedback, nothing. Thereafter, for the entire week, I called your call centre and spoke to several people. I was asked to email the screenshot of the application for member@fedhealth.co.za. On Friday 13th Feb I called again, frustrated that I cannot get assistance. I was informed it was escalated and I should call back to check. I called 3 times on the 13th to be told that the case is receiving attention. On the 16th Feb I called again, this time to be told (1) can’t find anything and that the case was NTU and (2) resend the screenshot again. This time I spoke to the Escalations team (Eliza).

The On the road charges were never negotiated with me. It was.positioned a mandatory charge. Give the SCA ruling Ford misrepresented the cost as part of the deal price and financed accordingly.
Shaunee Spur Sunninghill. The worst food ever. I order the chicken burger with double patties. The chicken came cold and over done. It was so chewy. The chips were cold. My wife ordered wings. They came cold as ever. The rest of my party had similar experience. Poor. The food was flavorless.
I signed up for a Melon Mobile a few months ago. Last month I couldn't make calls and they managed to fix it. This month I again cannot make calls from my mobile. For thr whole day Melon has been unable to fix. As a business owner I couldn't make or returns calls causing me huge issues
To get a response on a complaint registered with Fnb you have to go to social Media else nothing.
I dealt with a service provider who needed to send me an item. They use The Courier Guy and I received confirmation from the Courier Guy that my item will be delivered. Shortly thereafter I received an sms to request a short payment and a link to settle to that I can receive my deliver. I shouldn’t have but I paid the small amount. Unfortunately this was a *****ulent link. However the point is that somewhere in the Courier Guys system someone had access to my personal information. This was not some random phishing. This was a planned and coordinated use of personal information within a courier company. I have complained to the company and they didn’t even acknowledge receipt.
Earlier in the week I was subjected to a *****ulent transaction on my FNB virtual card. I immediately reported the transaction within minutes of receiving the sms. ***** Dept logged a case. I called day later and was informed it is being investigated. To date, Fnb cannot provide a response or feedback. The amount, a considerable amount is debited to my account. Nothing from FNB
Discovery must be the worst service provider when it comes to service. I cannot understand how any client would chose Discovery as a business. Since July have been trying to transfer my retirement annuity to another company. Transfer Out dept is absolutely no use. An email is sitting on your server with a valid reference number yet the case was closed. Despite speaking to a Pamela on Thursday last week and being promised she will send the case to Trustees for sign-off, nothing. Spoke to Ernest today and now I must resend the email and start all over again. You don't make it easy for customers. IF YOU DECIDING TO INVEST PLEASE STAY AWAY AND CHOSE CAREFULLY.
Absolutely useless bank. Probably the protest service provider in banking today. Staff don’t know and you try to relay your issue and they have no answers.
Poor customer experience. No customer care in dealing with clients. They do not keep to promises or timelines. Rude when you try to get an update. If you have a choice please chose someone else other than Car World
