Work was great. I only had to go back for some bumper clips which were minor - I wanted the original clips instead of cable ties. One caution is if you want them to do extra work which insurance does not cover, they tend to charge a lot.

Just called to ask if I can bring my vehicle for a quote for damages as they are Chery approved, I was told that they are currently not doing private quotes and that they just dealing with insurance for now. @CherySA, please relook your approved repairers.

Amazing workmanship. Took in our Haval Jolion for hailstorm damage repair, and though repairs took longer than the allocated period by a week plus, the team communicated regularly and it was worth the wait. The car came out as good as brand new. Thumbs up

Just my opinion on my recent experience. I recently had my vehicle in for hail damage, and after receiving my vehicle back i started to notice things. I also had a second opinion done after at another reputable panel shop where these were pointed out to me. Firstly - they did PDR and while most dents are out, they missed quite a few. Secondly - they had to remove panels to do the PDR and now Panel gaps are not aligned, windshield washer nozzles are broken, clips etc. are broken and trim not put back properly. There is also damage on the bottom of the panels where their tools were used, as they use any hole to try and do PDR. They also claim for new parts from insurance when they have used second hand parts( you can clearly see the trim replaced ion my car is not new) Thirdly - They did a full polish on the car and did a terrible job. The paint is FULL of swirl marks and there are "buffer" trails all over the car. The moment i saw the car i noticed the haze on the car, and i had them try and correct it while i was there but that was a pointless exercise . The managers response was that to get the swirls out i will need to repaint my car!! Shows you how much they know. When questioned, their BS claim is that this is what the manufacturers approve!! I'm sure they bribed someone to get the manufacturer approvals and to be on the insurance panels. My car is at a professional now for paint correction, and the paint is coming out almost flawless(besides chips etc.) and no swirl marks in sight. I don't know how they get good reviews, unless you are a very lucky customer or you don't look at your car properly. You can see that they are careless when it comes to their work and QC is a joke. I also don't believe in second chances for "big" shops. If you cant to it right the first time, the chances are good that you won't do it right the second time. Ill let my insurance know that this is the quality of work clients get when they are referred here, its a really disappointing experience. I should have listened to the bad reviews!

Poor customer experience. No customer care in dealing with clients. They do not keep to promises or timelines. Rude when you try to get an update. If you have a choice please chose someone else other than Car World
